ASusan Judd  Principalbout HR Culture

Susan Judd is the Principal of HR Culture. HR Culture assesses productivity and builds practical action plans for local Small & Medium Enterprises.  HR Culture are specialists in the Mid-North Coast Region of New South Wales.

  

Through a structured assessment process Susan helps businesses set priorities and plan for the future with a specific focus on productivity, performance and workforce planning.  Through her understanding of regional labour management issues, Susan provides support to local businesses to build employer and staff confidence. 

  

Susan's previous career in HR, Training, and Sales Management roles, contributed directly to business growth and performance in sectors such as Banking & Finance, Retail and Distribution.  She is a well-known local identity, educated in the region and has family living and working on the Mid-North Coast.

Sue Stanic is a HR Consultant with HR Culture 

Since completing her HR/Communications degree in 1995 Sue has worked in HR roles in regional areas of NSW and Victoria as well as in both Sydney and Melbourne. 

Sue's experience has been obtained within various industries, such as Chartered Accounting, Commercial Property and Water. 

Sue has postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, and is able to provide a wide range of HR services to HR Culture’s clients. These include performance management/mediation, policy and procedure development, employment contracts, Industrial Relations advice, and Human Resource business audits.
